
Braciola

Make braciola with us! We used Agromonte pasta sauce to bring the flavor in this dish to the next level.
Ingredients:
- At least 40 oz of Agromonte Cherry Tomato Pasta sauce (We used 2 bottles of the roasted garlic.
- 9 pieces of beef sirloin, sliced thin
- Italian parsley
- Finely chopped garlic
- Parmigiano Reggiano
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butchers twine to tie the beef
- 1/2 glass of red wine
- Zahara olive oil (available on our website)
Instructions:

Prepare the Sauce: Bring the Agromonte pasta sauce to a boil and then keep it at a simmer.

Pour yourself a glass of wine. (This just makes cooking more fun!)

Prepare the Beef: Lay your beef flat and add a little garlic, parsley, Parmigiano Reggiano, salt, and pepper. Roll up each piece and tie it with butchers twine to keep it secure.

Sear the Meat: Add a few tablespoons of Zahara olive oil to a heated pan. Sear the meat on all sides until browned.

Deglaze with Wine: Once seared, add a small amount of red wine to the pan (about half a glass). Let the wine cook down while you enjoy the other half. Cin Cin! 🍷

Simmer: Transfer the meat to the sauce and let it simmer for 2 hours.
- Serve: Enjoy your delicious braciola with your favorite pasta or crusty Italian bread.
