Olio Del Bianco Tradizionale D.O.P. 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Extra virgin olive oil harvested during the second half of October, a period when the Moraiolo olive begins to express its full potential.

It has a distinctive herbaceous aroma with hints of fresh garlic and artichokes, in good years a slight peppery note can also be appreciated.

The DOP disciplinary of the Assisi-Spoleto hills imposes a minimum of 65% of Moraiolo oil, our traditional D.O.P.  up to the mono-varietal (through an oil that can derive 100% from Moraiolo).
